Soudal Soudaplug ST

SOUDAPLUG ST is an ultra-rapid setting cement mortar engineered for the immediate plugging of leaks in concrete and masonry, even under high pressure. It can be used in conjunction with Soudapack WST to achieve a future-proof water-tight and gas-tight seal in pipe and cable penetrations in concrete.

APPLICATIONS

For stopping active water leaks and infiltrations, even under high water pressure.
To plug joints, cracks, construction defects and holes in all structures made from concrete, masonry or stone.
To securely anchor bolts and fasteners.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mix Soudaplug ST in a rubber or plastic bowl. Add water to the dry powder during intensive, fast mixing by hand and work this into a
putty consistency.
Mould the material in your hand into an appropriate form until slight warmth is felt. Press the material now firmly into the opening that needs to be plugged without moving and continue to exert pressure until the mortar is hard. Surplus material can be trimmed off with a trowel when the material has not yet become completely hard.
